Post-Surgical Care

Our highly skilled nurses provide personalized & compassionate care in the comfort of your own home, hotel, or Airbnb.
We make sure you’re comfortable, monitor incisions & drains, manage medications, perform a nursing assessment, assist with activities of daily living, and more.

Education

We provide you with valuable information about your surgery and the healing process. You’ll be empowered with knowledge and the confidence to manage your recovery, even after we’re gone.

PRE-OP COACHING

2 HRS, $230

A Luxe Concierge Nurse helps you prepare for your upcoming surgery by assessing goals and needs, as well as providing pre-op education. Includes a home visit to assess home safety and readiness.

PRE-OP COACHING + DR. VISIT

3 HRS, $350

A Luxe Concierge Nurse will attend your pre-op doctor’s visit with you. We advocate for your needs and ensure you understand all of your pre-op instructions. Includes a home visit to assess home safety and readiness.
*Ability for a Luxe RN to attend a pre-op appointment is dependent on your doctor’s office COVID policies.

4 HRS, $690

  • Pre-op checklist to help prepare you for surgery

Tuck me in Luxe

6 HRS, $850

  • Includes all services in Tuck Me In package, plus:
  • Assist with mobility, daily activities & deep breathing
  • Ensure medication is taken correctly, including written schedule
  • Light meal prep

Rest & RECOVER

8 HRS, $1,010

  • Includes all services in Tuck Me In Luxe plus:
  • Bathing & grooming assistance

EXtended REST & RECOVER

12 HRS, $1,330

  • Includes all services in Rest & Recover package plus:
  • 4 hours of continued pampering & excellent nursing care

Ultimate luxe recovery

24 HRS, $2,300

  • Includes all services in Extended Rest & Recover plus:
  • Extra 12 hours allows more time to be closely monitored for post-op complications

LUXE TRANSPORTATION

Please call for pricing. Includes transportation in a town car accompanied by a Luxe Concierge Nurse. You will be provided with pillows, blankets, an aromatherapy inhaler, and a personalized music playlist. We ensure you are comfortable in your home or hotel and check vital signs before leaving you to rest.

INCISION & DRAIN CARE VISIT

A Luxe Concierge Nurse will assess your incisions and/or drains, perform a dressing change, apply ointments, and empty drains.

LUXE COMFORT BATH

1HR, $160
Relax while a Luxe Concierge Nurse assists you with bathing, shampooing, and other grooming needs.

Booking Policy

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. The full balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to your surgery date. Deposits and payments are nonrefundable. 

Meet Shannon
Shannon Miley is the founder and owner of Luxe Concierge Nursing. Before earning her nursing degree and without having any medical knowledge, she underwent two major surgeries herself. Shannon understands first-hand how overwhelming, intimidating, and stressful it is to be a patient in the healthcare system without speaking the language of medicine or having a trusted medical professional by your side.
